Trial run on the snacks

So, I finished Fred's shelter, he should stay warm and dry now.As I was walking away, he was thanking me by trying to tear the front off. Ya just gotta love a little buck.
Back inside, cleaned up, I put a meatloaf in the oven, and decided to do a trial run on the snacks I am taking to my sisters and her family's Thanksgiving dinner this Saturday. Super easy, and delish!

I took a soft Tortilla shell, spread cream cheese then shrimp. The tiny salad shrimp. On the top ones..I added Kale flakes and pepper, the bottom ones are garlic and pepper. Tasty! I will make some with Ham and  cheese for Saturday as well. Easy, tasty, and quick. Just how I like it! :)
